Man wins legal case against IVF clinic after sperm was given to gay couples against his wishes
A man sued and won after an IVF clinic used his sperm to help gay couples and single mums have children against his direct wishes.UK man Neil Gaskell, 49, took legal action after his donated sperm was given to same-sex couples and single women, The Sun reports.
He’s since been awarded a five-figure sum following a four-year legal battle which was settled out of court.
