Man fails to return after Brisbane River swim

A family is appealing for help after a man went swimming in the Brisbane River on Saturday and never returned.
New Zealand man Tane Huffman, 32, went swimming by himself near Kholo Creek, in Brisbane’s west, between 10.30-11am.
Police said Mr Huffman was believed to be a strong swimmer but they held concerns for his safety as he has failed to contact his family or return to the rural property where he and his family are staying.
Mr Huffman also suffers from a medical condition.
