Man critical after 40m fall in Qld

A climber has suffered “critical injuries” after falling from Queensland’s Glass House Mountains on Saturday afternoon.
A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said the man, in his 20s, fell 40m at noon while climbing Mount Ngungun, on the Sunshine Coast.
Paramedics were winched from a rescue helicopter after the incident was reported.
