Man arrested after woman’s body found in suspicious circumstances at Nambour
A man has been arrested after the suspicious death of a woman on the Sunshine Coast early Saturday morning.
Police were called to Matthew St at Nambour about 1.30am, after reports a woman had been seriously assaulted.
The 31-year-old woman, from Buddina, was declared dead at the scene, which is close to the Nambour RSL.
Police, including the dog squad, searched the surrounding area and located a 34-year-old Burnside man.
