Craig McLachlans 90-minute TV special rated competitively on Sunday night, drawing more than 700,000 viewers.
The documentary, Horror Show, came fourth for the night, drawing 720,000 viewers, according to OzTam, B&T reports.
The show was beat out by its lead-in Seven News, which drew 1,077,000 and Nine News, drawing 934,000. LegoMasters, also on the 9 Network, drew 901,000.
