Kelly Osbourne has been seen rocking her slimmest figure yet after losing a staggering 40kg.The 35-year-old, who recently revealed that she underwent a secret “gastric sleeve” surgery, was spotted wearing a tight black blazer and ripped skinny jeans as she met with a producer in Malibu at the weekend.
