Nova radio star Joel Creasey has opened up about his most memorable Mardi Gras celebrity encounter.In 2018 the comedian came face-to-face with music icon Cher before her performance at the Mardi Gras afterparty.
“I got to interview Cher a few years ago when I was hosting,” Joel told news.com.au. “I ran up to her and I said, ‘Cher, are you enjoying Sydney?’ And she said, ‘Wooo! I’m Cher!’”
Joel laughed as he recalled the story, saying: “That wasn’t the question I asked but it was a way better answer.”
