Photos of the mansion Zac Efron has rumoured to be renting in Byron Bay have emerged, and its no wonder why the Hollywood star has been in no rush to go home to L.A.After finding love with Australian waitress Vanessa Valladares, the pair have been spotted a couple of times downtown, and most recently over the weekend, in Sydney.
On Friday Efron, 32, and Valladares, 25, were spotted in dining at the lavish Rose Bay eatery Catalina with a pair of unidentified friends.
