Inside the abandoned Thomas Cook planes left at Manchester Airport
Its been more than a year since the demise of Thomas Cook, but now pictures show just how decomposed some of their aircraft have become.Three jets were so mouldy and decayed after the travel brand’s demise that now they are useful only for being broken up for parts.
The planes were abandoned in a corner of Manchester Airport after the airline went bust and plans to sell or lease the ageing aircraft had to be shelved.
