iCarly teen star Jennette McCurdy on why she quit acting
Fans of Nickelodeons smash hit series iCarly will no doubt remember Jennette McCurdy, who played series regular Sam Puckett.But McCurdy, 28, doesn’t remember her time on the show all too fondly, revealing she’s “ashamed” of her past acting career in a recent episode of a podcast she hosts called Empty Inside.
The US actress also confirmed she will not be returning for the upcoming sequel season of iCarly, which was ordered last year.
