House set to go to auction with a price guide of $0 as only cash buyers are able to put in bids
Britains cheapest house is set to go on auction with a guide price of £0 but the inside needs a lot of work.The terraced three-bed home in Wales is due to go under the hammer in an online bidding war next month.
But due to its current condition, the auctioneer says buyers won’t be able to get a mortgage on it so only cash buyers should bid.
The opening bid is set at a cut-price £250 ($A444), but any buyer will have to splash the cash once they have the keys.
