Sutton unaware of major hotel flaw, inquiry told
Victorias chief health officer Brett Sutton was unaware private security was being used to guard hotels quarantining returned travellers until there were outbreaks, an inquiry has been told.Professor Sutton says until there were outbreaks, he had no reservations about the quarantine program.
