A Melbourne jewellery shop was allegedly offering illegal cosmetic procedures in an unsanitised back room with cockroaches and dirty equipment, a court has heard.Sonoun Kimlee Salon, run by husband-and-wife Sonoun Saing and Kim Lee Tan in Springvale Shopping Centre last year, offered tattooing, eyelid clipping and lip fillers but had never been registered, it was alleged in the Dandenong Magistrates Court this month.
