Frustrating wait for new Chevrolet Corvette owners

Chevrolet will artificially limit the power of the new Corvette when it reaches Australia because owners cant be trusted to read its manual.Most new cars have a recommended run-in procedure asking owners to handle cars carefully for the first few hundred kilometres, gently bedding in fresh engine components before accessing peak performance.
General Motors isn’t convinced Corvette customers have the self-control to do so, or that they won’t read the manual at all.
