An angry Sebastian Vettel has turned on Ferrari, criticising his teams strategy on a dark day in Britain.The German finished out of the points in 12th as Red Bull’s Max Verstappen won the 70th Anniversary Grand Prix at Silverstone ahead of Mercedes duo Lewis Hamilton (second) and Valtteri Bottas (third).
