Etihad gives Australians refunds if flights were cancelled due to COVID

Etihad is offering refunds to Australian customers whose travel plans have been cancelled due to the pandemic even if they previously elected to receive a travel credit. The Abu Dhabi-based airline said it would be contacting customers who booked directly with them, as well as Australian-based travel agents, to inform them refunds on flight tickets were available.
