Elon Musk announced plans to form his own city called Starbase
The worlds richest man Elon Musk has announced plans to form his own city. Musk has approached officials in Texas with a plan to create a new city called “Starbase”.
The city would formalise the unincorporated village that already surrounds the SpaceX launch facilities, however Musk said the city would ultimately be a “much larger” area.
The Tesla founder tweeted on Wednesday: “Creating the city of Starbase, Texas.”
He then added, “From thence to Mars, And hence the Stars.”
