Electrical Trades Union accuses NSW solar farm of safety breach and ‘cover-up’

A union has accused a construction company of covering up unsafe and dirty working conditions at a NSW solar farm. The Electrical Trades Union of Australia supplied a video showing a shipping container being moved by crane above a lunch-room trailer at the Suntop Solar Farm near Wellington in the state’s central west.
The video shows the container dangling at an angle above the lunch room as workers walk in and out of the building.
