Dwayne Johnson took ‘The Rock’ name off WWE icon Ken Shamrock
Former WWE star and UFC legend Ken Shamrock claims he owned The Rock ring name before Dwayne Johnson used it.The 57-year-old became a star in the ring during the famous Attitude Era days for Vince McMahon’s wrestling company.
However, before he became the “World’s Most Dangerous Man” he used to use “The Rock” moniker.
That was until the arrival of the “Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment”, who reportedly asked to use it in the WWE.
