St George Illawarra captain Ben Hunt believes the NRL has “hurt” itself with the new play-the-ball restart rule, declaring it has impacted the speed of the game….
League officials have made several changes for the 2021 season, including a play-the-ball restart if the ball or player with the ball goes over the sideline.
The new rule has been on display in the pre-season trials, including last Saturdays All Stars clash in Townsville.
