Decision looms in Clive Palmer vs WA over border closure

A ruling on Clive Palmer’s legal challenge to tear down Western Australia’s hard border closure will be handed down on Tuesday.
Federal Court Justice Darryl Rangiah will deliver his judgment at 2.15pm AEST.
Depending on the decision, it could pave the way for the controversial mining magnate to take the matter to the High Court.
Mr Palmer launched legal action against the WA Government earlier this year after it decided to keep its borders closed to stop the spread of COVID-19.
