Crown delayed push for tighter money laundering controls, royal commission told
Crown delayed the Victorian gambling regulators request for stronger money laundering controls, responding aggressively and threatening to call the gaming minister over calls that it act.The Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) sought the stricter controls following a five-year review of the casino giant in June 2018.
