An Australian National University COVID-19 expert has claimed Victoria had quietly adopted an elimination strategy.Speaking to ABC News Breakfast this morning, epidemiologist and infectious diseases specialist Dr Sanjaya Senanayake said the state appeared to be trying to wipe out the virus altogether.
