‘Loud talkers’ spread virus

People who use a loud voice or burst into song are more likely to spread the coronavirus, NSW chief health officer Dr Kerry Chant says.Dr Chant was asked on Monday why some COVID-19 clusters like the Thai Rock spread wildly, while in other cases an infected person may have visited a venue without passing the virus to others.
“It isn’t about the virus, it’s often about the behaviours, settings and how infectious people are at the time,” Dr Chant said.
