Clive Palmer’s fraud, breaching director duties charges adjourned

Billionaire Clive Palmer will return to court in November over charges of allegedly breaching directors’ duties and fraud.
The mining magnate and former Federal MP was hit with the charges following an investigation by Australia’s corporate watchdog earlier this year.
Mr Palmer did not attend Brisbane Magistrates Court on Friday for the brief mention.
His lawyer Chris Wilson asked for an adjournment until November 20 to join up the current matters with other charges Mr Palmer was facing.
