Clive Palmer to submit new pleading in High Court challenge

Queensland billionaire Clive Palmer has been ordered to submit a new file in his court battle against the state of Western Australia, with a chief justice calling it “impenetrable”.
Mr Palmer is in the middle of a prolonged stoush with the West Australian government over legislation that blocks his $30 billion damages claim against the state.
Mr Palmer has declared the legislation “unconstitutional”.
His company Mineralogy, which conducts business in Western Australia, is also involved…
