Clive Palmer given time to mount case as WA Govt legal stoush continues
Clive Palmer is celebrating a small win in his long-running court battle with the West Australian Government over one of his iron ore projects.
Brisbane Supreme Court Justice Glenn Martin on Wednesday granted the mining magnate’s request and gave him three weeks to mount his case against the state after it passed an emergency law to block him being paid billions in damages.
