Chris D’Elia faces lawsuit after allegedly possessing child pornography
A new lawsuit has accused US stand up comedian Chris DElia of soliciting hundreds of sexually explicit photos and videos from a Jane Doe woman, taken when she was underage at 17.Doe is accusing D’Elia of violating federal child pornography and child sexual exploitation laws, and is one of many women accusing the comedian of preying on them when they were teenagers.
