Cat suffers ‘long, painful’ death in Queensland freezer
The RSPCA is investigating after a tortured cat was found in a taped up freezer at a rubbish dump north of Brisbane.
The white and ginger male tabby was found in a discarded freezer at the Dakabin tip on July 25. The cat was left to die in the taped up freezer among rotting freezer food, an RSPCA Queensland spokesperson told news.com.au.
The cat had a number of injuries, revealed by a post mortem, and it’s likely it was badly injured but still alive when it was sealed inside.
