Prince Harry is exploiting Buckingham Palace after signing a £112 million ($A203m) Netflix deal, a former minister said today.Norman Baker, who was appointed Minister of State for Crime Prevention in 2013, said the Duke of Sussex should not be using his HRH title when signing huge multi-million pound TV deals.
