Bubonic plague found in scores of dead squirrels in Colorado
If you thought coronavirus was bad, lets hope the squirrels of Morrison, Colorado, stay put. Scores of them have be found dead and now one has tested positive for the bubonic plague, the disease that killed millions in the 14th century.
According to the US’ CBS News, health officials in the town located west of Denver tested one of the dead furry rodents and found it was afflicted with the plague and it was likely others were too.
