Brisbane, Gold Coast, southeast Qld roads closed to flooding
Flash flooding and swollen creeks have forced dozens of roads across southeast Queensland to close, with more expected to be impacted as the rain continues on Tuesday.
More than 200mm fell on parts of the Gold Coast hinterland in the 24 hours to Tuesday morning, prompting warnings from the state Emergency Services Minister to stay home.
