A father-of-three is fighting for life in a Melbourne hospital after he fell from a moving car during an allegedly drunken dispute with his partner.
The incident occurred just before 2.30am on Sunday in Point Cook when Damien Osbourne allegedly tried to stop his partner, Tara McConchie, leaving a party after the pair had an argument.
Police allege the 36-year-old latched on to the side of Ms McConchies as she tried to drive off, resulting in him being flung from the side of the vehicle.
