A man accused of killing his seven-week-old son by shaking him before returning to playing video games in Victoria has pleaded guilty to child homicide.
Joseph McDonald was charged with the murder of his baby son, Lucas, in November last year, after fleeing the hospital where his dying child was being treated for serious injuries.
He admitted to shaking baby Lucas and knocking his head on the ground so hard he sustained catastrophic head injuries on October 24 last year.
