Beth Mooney belts Queensland’s highest score in WNCL history
Australian cricketer Beth Mooney has belted the highest score by a Queenslander in the WNCL, embarrassing Western Australias bowling attack on Monday.The 27-year-old smacked 163 off 139 balls at Brisbane’s Allan Border Field to help the Queensland Fire post their largest total in WNCL history.
Mooney’s innings featured 16 boundaries, and ranks as the sixth-highest individual score in the competition’s 25-year history.
