Bank of Queensland says it will recover from the financial woes of the coronavirus pandemic

Bank of Queensland says it is in better shape than what it was 12-months ago despite the coronavirus pandemic sparking a financial landslide that more than halved its profits. At its annual general meeting on Tuesday, BOQ chief executive George Frazis said the Sunshine State bank had remained resilient during the health crisis, claiming its technology overhaul to digitise its banking systems would make it well placed to recover from the health crisis.
