June building dwelling approvals slide to eight-year low
Building approvals in Australia have hit an eight-year low as the coronavirus pandemic stifles economic productivity. Figures from the Australian Bureau of Statistics released on Thursday show June dwelling approvals dropped 4.9 per cent, with COVID-19 slowing planned construction across Australia.
