Supergroup ABBA is planning to release five new songs next year after getting creative on a private island during lockdown.The Swedish group, that formed in 1972, previously announced plans to release two songs but it was delayed by technical difficulties and the coronavirus pandemic.
Since then, the band’s members — Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, Agnetha Fältskog and Anni-Frid Lyngstad — have continued working on new material.
