Free-To-Play ‘Rocket League’ No Longer Requires PS Plus, Nintendo Switch Online – International Business Times
“Rocket League” will no longer require subscriptions to Nintendo Switch Online or PlayStation Plus when it becomes a free-to-play game.

KEY POINTS
- The move of “Rocket League” to free-to-play comes with changes, one of which is the removal of the requirement of Nintendo Switch Online or PlayStation Plus subscriptions to play
- New players will also have New Driver Challenges to unlock items that were included in the base version of “Rocket League”
- There will be three levels of Grand Champion rank and a new highest competitive rank, Supersonic Legend in addition to a streamlined seasonal schedule
