Lithium supply a significant risk for Western automakers and OEMs – Small Caps
Western automakers are in for a turbulent run if they do not lock in their lithium supply. Currently, 100% of global lithium spodumene supply is converted within Chinese plants with 80% of the world’s lithium hydroxide produced by China.
