Supermarket workers cover dead body with umbrellas instead of closing store, causing outrage
A supermarket sales manager, who died during his shift, had his body covered with umbrellas while the shop remained opened for business.Manoel Moisés Cavalcante, 59, (also known as Moisés Santos) was working at a Carrefour Brasil, one of the biggest retail chains in the country, when he suffered a heart attack and died.
Paramedics were called to the scene on August 14, but the shop worker could not be saved.
Images of Mr Cavalcante’s lifeless body have since gone viral online, causing outrage …
