Two women who breached COVID-19 hotel quarantine in Perth to hang out with an amateur rapper have avoided prison sentences.
Isata Jalloh, 19, from Queensland, and Banchi Techana, 22, from South Australia, arrived on a flight from Adelaide to Perth at 8.20pm on Monday.
They were refused entry because they had not made a prior application and were directed to quarantine at the Novotel Hotel in Perth until return flights could be arranged.
