A toddler living in a mould-ridden council flat has been left with skin so sore it looks like he’s been burnt with a kettle after it was ‘aggravated by the damp’.
One-year-old Keeghan Harrison, whose body is almost completely covered in agonising itchy red patches, was admitted to Birmingham Children’s Hospital twice after ‘flare-ups triggered by fungal spores’.
