Anecdotal evidence is emerging that Australia’s dental health is going backwards in the pandemic.
It was already in decline. Recent figures show one in three Australian adults has untreated tooth decay, one in four has gum disease and less than half of adult Australians have had a dental check-up in the past 12 months.
