Lockdown extension looms as cases grow
Queenslanders are due to be freed from lockdown in two days – but that all depends on the state’s growing Delta outbreak.
The state recorded 16 new cases yesterday – all linked to the Indooroopilly cluster in Brisbane – and close to 8000 people are currently in isolation.
