Regional Queensland councils are looking to make life as easy as possible for border residents even if it comes at a cost.
Residents in Southern Downs Regional Council and neighbouring Tenterfield Shire Council flit back and forth daily, but life became more complicated and expensive for many back in March when concrete borders were constructed along the state line.
