Fans shocked to learn Kevin Bacon’s daughter has major role in Mare of Easttown
Mare of Easttown fans have expressed their shock on social media after discovering that the actor who appears as Kate Winslets daughter-in-law Carrie Layden is played by the daughter of Hollywood actors Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick. In the show, Layden is a recovering drug addict who shares a child with Mare’s late son.
Sosie Bacon, 29, is no stranger to acting having also appeared in hit show 13 Reasons Why.
But it seems this is the first time most viewers have come across the actress.
