‘Dated’ Sydney home sells for $5.2 million

A dated but well-preserved house in Roseville sold at a crowded auction Saturday for $5.2 million, $850,0000 over an already ambitious reserve.The home on Marjorie St went to market with a $4 million guide and the reserve was $4.35 million. A crowd of about 100 people were seen at the auction and 16 bidders registered with Stone Real Estate agent Jill Henry.
