Former Collingwood godfather Eddie McGuire has declared the AFL will scrap Saturday afternoon football fixtures as a result of diminishing spectator interest.The traditional Saturday afternoon timeslot has been a cornerstone of the game since its inception, but there is now a push to kill it off.
