Confidence in buying property across Australia plummets in Finder survey

Confidence in Australias property market has plummeted to levels close to the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to research by comparison website Finder.Finder analysed data collected from more than 24,000 survey respondents to uncover its Property Positivity Index.
The index, which was at 67 per cent just six months ago, now sits at 49 per cent, only minimally higher than the pandemic low of 42 per cent in April last year.
